RealCorp is a commercial real estate company with over 40+ years of experience that was in need of an easy to navigate website with live brochures for their clients.
Where we started
Starting from scratch we took RealCorp’s old logos (from the 80's) and re-digitized them for 2024. We then built a 4 page easy to update listing site and took in-person footage of 10+ buildings.

We worked back from their original logo on a printed piece of paper to develop their new digitized SVG and PNG versions for digital use and outdoor signage.
Colour matched logos to all the original branding.
Included all file types and logo variations in the highest quality renderings for any use case.
Website UI AND UX
Easy to update and navigate
To ensure conversion we kept things easy to find and update. All the key details are right there, large CTA's, with an interactive map for each listing. Ensuring nothing was lost, we were able to transfer the domain and history from 2001.
Developed a new 4 page website with SEO, analytics, and tracking installe with their previous domain sucessfully transferred.
Captured new photos of listings, embedded brochures, and easy to find contact information for a seamless customer experience.
